Hi, I’m Anna

I’m a coach and healing practitioner, working to help people find the answers they seek within. It was a sacred ceremony in Ecuador that opened the door to a different way of being, one that was so full of love beyond my imagination. Since then, I’ve been studying different modalities to bring some of that into my daily life.

I am devoted to helping people create their own path, by reclaiming their power, truth and voice. When we give ourselves the permission to feel and want, we begin to discover the truth that lies within, including our innate strength, courage and unique gifts that when expressed, bring joy, comfort and support to ourselves and those around us.

I spent 14 years working in human rights and social change, before turning to coaching and alternative healing to support the deep inner work critical for our individual and collective well-being.

Born and raised in Singapore, I struggled a lot emotionally as a child. Despite being truly loved, I grew up feeling like there was little room to express or even explore who I truly was. Many adults around me operated based on fear, obedience and conformity or silence. I grew up being highly functional, outwardly successful but emotionally disconnected and dissociated.

I knew very early on that I had to find my own way, to create a life based on different values and a heart-centred humanity. But we are all impacted by our conditioning and the wounds of our ancestors, and it took great effort and care to heal and overcome in the right timing.

In choosing this path, I am honouring the sacrifices of my family and ancestors, and transmuting trauma and pain so that it no longer carries forward unto the next generation. I am grateful for my family’s support.

I am rooted in Toronto, Canada, where I’ve called home almost my entire adult life.
