What services do you offer?

I am a 1:1 life and leadership coach. I also offer reiki sessions online. All sessions are on Zoom.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

I am trained as a coach to facilitate a personalized exploration that helps you find the answers you seek within yourself. Regardless of your main challenge, I coach you as a whole person, meaning your values, aspirations and feelings are tools we use to find a way forward that is uniquely right for you. I have coached people through life transitions, relationship challenges, career issues and business decisions.

What are your rates?

My coaching rates are CAD $150 per session, or $600 for 5 sessions. I do my best to make my services accessible, so please reach out if cost is a factor.

My reiki services are offered at CAD $120 for one session (approx 45 minutes), or $300 for 3 sessions.

I am based outside North America, can I work with you?

My services are online and available to all. Please reach out directly to coordinate a session outside of my usual working hours (email anna@flowingintobeing.com).

Are you professionally trained?

I was trained by the Co-Active Training Institute, completing over 100 hours of their Coach Training Program and graduating with a certificate. I am also taking additional training with CTI to attain my CPCC accreditation beginning in Jan 2026. CTI’s training program is ICF accredited.
